I removed the grill guard,

and I applied the GUARD SCEPTRE 101P and painted with mat black.

That was the hardest part. The lower bolts were totally stuck with rust.

Finally I could remove the grill. Then I removed the radiator grill liner.

Washed with water.

Painting with the 120AL.

Thin putty applying and filing.

Paintiing with the 120AL again.

Thin putty applying and filing, again.

The lower mounting plate was rusty, so I made them with that aluminum board.

It was fit!

I painted the headlight bezels and horn covers with mat black.

Finished!
