The front fork spring preload can be adjusted from 1 (Hard) to 8 (Soft). Standard setting is 7 and now is set at 6.
I want to make it harder, so I try to set it to 5.

To increase the spring preload, turn the adjusting bolt (17mm) to CW.

After the adjustment, check the groove of the bolt.

The rebound damping adjustment can be set from 1 (Soft) to 4 (Hard).
It was set to 2 and change it to 3.

Turn the other side in the same way and done!
