I tried to install a USB heated grips to my TDM900. This time I chose Daytona’s “Hot Grip Easy”.

This is the heater body.

It’s USB connection for easy installation.

First, wrap the heater body around the grip and tie it with the attached string.

Then connect the wires and bundle them up so they don’t get in the way.

It’s a mess, but it’s only for winter so I DON’T CARE.

After connecting the USB, turn the ignition on and test it. The switch is very small.

My impression is it warmed up immediately after turning it on, so it was very comfortable even on cold days without my hands getting numb.
